Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery. To process your request, you may be required to provide clear photographs or a video of the damaged product and its packaging.

Refund or Replacement

If the product is confirmed to have been damaged during transit or is received in a defective condition, we will provide either:

• A replacement/exchange of the product, subject to availability, or
• A full refund if a replacement

Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Important Note

Please ensure that you check the product carefully upon delivery and report any damage within the specified time period. Requests submitted after the applicable time limit may not be accepted.
